About the Role

Build and scale VRO’s brand ecosystem by onboarding and managing premium men’s brands.

What You’ll Do

Source, pitch & onboard men’s grooming, fashion, wellness & accessory brands

Build long-term partnerships for category expansion

Negotiate commercial terms & SLAs

Coordinate with marketing, ops & content teams for brand success

Ideal Profile

2–5 years in BD, partnerships, account management or merchant acquisition

Interest in D2C, lifestyle & grooming brands is a strong plus

E-commerce Operations Lead

About the Role

Ensure smooth operational execution across catalog, orders, inventory & fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

Manage catalog updates, pricing, listing & product accuracy

Coordinate with vendors for stock availability & replenishment

Monitor SLAs for logistics, returns & customer experience

Drive operational efficiency & process improvements

Ideal Profile

Structured, detail-oriented & process-driven

Marketplace ops experience preferred (Amazon, AJIO, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart etc.)
